FREE Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 15 days of purchase to our warehouse for a full refund. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return delivery. So, if you would like to return your product for FREE, please do contact us prior to sending it back to us at hello@goleangoslim.com.
As we are all different, we appreciate that our product may not be suitable for absolutely every body type and so we cannot offer refunds if the tea does not perform the changes you desire. Prior to purchasing our products, we recommend you read through our REAL RESULTS to read our reviews – or see our Instagram.
Each of the all-natural ingredients in our products is specially sourced and selected for its unique properties. These ingredients are then combined and formulated using an effect known as ‘food synergy’. So, not only do the different ingredients complement each other, they also are more potent together than they would be individually and work in harmony together to help you kickstart the best detox ever!
Please note that the above time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products to each location all over the world. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames.
If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the postal company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you're checking the correct email address you used to purchase your tea with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.
That depends on what is your ultimate goals. For the best detox result, we highly recommended a 28 days detox. However, if you have a medical conditions or allergies that cannot use our Golean Detox; we recommended you to try out our Goslim Collagen. You also can use both to get the ultimate effect that you desire.
It depends entirely on your body’s needs and how you feel. Some customers Detox a few times a year while others Detox in preparation for a big day! We do, however, recommend a 6 week break between each Detox.
You can however, drink the half a pill or one all the time. This helps you to stay energized throughout the day and keep the sensational feelings and energizing effect from Detoxing going strong!
Women who are pregnant, diabetes or undergoing cancer treatment avoid drinking the teas as our tea blends might be too strong. For those below 15 years of age, we recommend getting parental consent as we believe that any decision about your health is something to be taken seriously.
Do also check the ingredients for both the Golean and GoSlim just to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
Remember to eat regularly and do not skip your meals! Especially breakfast!
Goslim are made from completely natural ingredients however, everybody is different and therefore can react differently to these ingredients.
The ingredients are unlikely to bring about typical allergic responses, however do check the ingredients for both the Golean and Goslim if you have any allergies.
Our Golean contains caffeine, so it is not suitable for people with caffeine sensitivity. A package of Golean contains ca. 40% caffeine compared to a cup of coffee.
You should definitely not experience diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness or severe cramping. In the unlikely case this happens, immediately stop consuming the tea and consult your GP
You know your body best. If your body isn’t sensitive to the tea, you can increase its strength by contacting us; if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the tea, you can have a milder reaction by reducing the dosage. The best time to take Golean is after breakfast to avoid sensitivity.

Yes, definitely! One for sure; we promote a healthy lifestyle! Golean Detox are the best addition to any health regime, designed to maximize the effect of your healthy program. The tea alone contains ingredients such as green tea, lotus leaves and grapefruits, which are known for cleansing and increasing metabolism! They should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program for optimum results, if you really want to Achieve your Ultimate Health!
Sorry, constipation is not a normal occurrence with our tea. Please check if you changed your diet in other ways. e.g. high fruit and vegetable consumption - while healthy - might cause temporary constipation. Please stop drinking our tea for a week and see if symptoms subside. You might then take up your detox again. If symptom persist, please stop drinking detox and see your doctor for professional advice.

We delivery our items from different fulfillment centres located around the world. All our teas comply with local standards and regulations, however your country may have different requirements for importing our products. Generally, our products should be duty tax-free. Do contact us hello@goslimgolean.com if you encounter an issue though.
We always recommend trying to enter the correct address when you order, because unfortunately we might not be able to change it at a later date. If you have entered the incorrect address, please do try and contact us via Facebook Chat or hello@goleangoslim.com and we will always do our best to help – even though we can’t guarantee it will be possible.
As soon as your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. For all matters regarding delivery, do contact our external courier partner directly which will be in the email. You may quote the tracking number found in the email, inform them of your delivery enquiry and they will assist you from there.
