Each of the all-natural ingredients in our products is specially sourced and selected for its unique properties. That depends on what is your ultimate goals. For the best detox result, we highly recommended a 28 days detox. However, if you have a medical conditions or allergies that cannot use our Golean Detox; we recommended you to try out our Goslim Collagen. You also can use both to get the ultimate effect that you desire.
It depends entirely on your body’s needs and how you feel. Some customers Detox a few times a year while others Detox in preparation for a big day! We do, however, recommend a 6 week break between each Detox.
You can however, drink the half a pill or one all the time. This helps you to stay energized throughout the day and keep the sensational feelings and energizing effect from Detoxing going strong!

Sorry, constipation is not a normal occurrence with our tea. Please check if you changed your diet in other ways. e.g. high fruit and vegetable consumption - while healthy - might cause temporary constipation. Please stop drinking our tea for a week and see if symptoms subside. You might then take up your detox again. If symptom persist, please stop drinking detox and see your doctor for professional advice.
